In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add to wet ingredients and mix at low speed. Add chocolate chunks and mix. Place a heaping tablespoon onto a parchment lined sheet pan spaced 2-inches apart. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and let sit before serving.
